Happy Friday! We made it, right? Since it's my birthday weekend, I thought i'd throw out some of my favorite things as of late:
Dolores Park: The new side is now open! I can't wait to wiggle my toes in that glorious, green grass!
Inspiring Women: I had the opportunity to hang with some of my favorite ladies on Wednesday at The Cheese School of San Francisco. It's always so refreshing to hear about other women who are kicking ass and taking names. Oh, and the cheese there was outta this world.
Yoga: I recently found an amazing yoga class that mixes cardio, yoga, and weights. It's called Sculpt at CorePower Yoga and i'm obsessed. The room is slightly heated, allowing your muscles to move a bit more freely and I have to say – it's one hell of a workout.
Friends: Lately i've been feeling quite restless. Maybe it's a quarter-life crisis, but luckily I have some stellar friends who've let me bitch, complain, talk, etc. To be honest, i'm nothing without these guys. So, for all those who are reading – thank you! <3
So, as I mentioned earlier...Monday is my birthday! I'm so excited to be turning one year older – I feel like 25 was such a good year and it can only go up from here. However, one thing that would truly make my birthday even greater is some help from all of you.
On July 11th & 12th, I will be walking 39.3 miles for the Avon 39 The Walk to End Breast Cancer. I am more than half-way to my goal and would love your help. My mother had breast cancer several years ago and beat it. I'm so hopeful that many women (and men) are as lucky as my mother who beat cancer and are living a healthy, happy life.
