Hi Everyone!

Coming off of yesterday's post, I want to give a shout out to San Francisco. To be honest, i'm a bit homesick. From chatting with friends, it appears San Francisco is having some killer weather. High 80's and sunny? I'll take that over humid and muggy Ohio weather any day.

Anyway, the thing I love most about San Francisco is how easy it is to get around. One of my favorite things to do as of late is walk from my house to different coffee shops around the city to get work done. Not only is it a great way to stretch my legs and exercise, but it's a great opportunity to discover the many gems in SF.

Some of my favorite places?

  • 15 Romolo in North Beach – Killer cocktails and a great vibe tucked in a unassuming alley.
  • Twin Peaks (the bar and the hills!) – When you want a view, you go here. Again, the bar and the hills.
  • Taking the ferry to Sam's – While rare, I love grabbing a crew and heading to Sam's Anchor Cafe in Tiburon. I always pretend I have a private boat that's about to dock with bottomless mimosas waiting for me. Not too shabby of a dream, eh?

Like some of my favorite places in SF, i'm attracted to companies that "share the love." One of those companies is Francis Drake Eyewear. I opted for their at home try-on and was so excited to find out that all of the glasses (both sunnies and eyeglasses) are named after my favorite places in San Francisco.

Along with being named after amazing places in the Bay Area like Twin Peaks, Sea Cliff, Sausalito, Tiburon, and North Beach the frames are imported directly from a family-owned Italian factory. At an affordable price, the team at Francis Drake use premium materials to craft their eyewear, ensuring you rock shades that aren't toxic to you.

Want to learn more, check them out for yourself and always keep a piece of SF with you.

Cheers!
