What better way to round out the end of the year than with a wedding recap!?
This past August, Tom and I tied the knot at The Berkeley Botanical Gardens in their absolutely stunning Redwood Grove. We’ve been planning our wedding since 2019 and due to the pandemic (like many), our plans were delayed…just a bit.
Tom and I knew we wanted our wedding to be casual, quirky and welcoming. Wedding planning was something that we needed help with (I am the worst planner), so we recruited Paige McQuillian to help us turn our mood board into a reality.
Since we wanted to keep things low-key, we opted for minimal decorations and let the flower arrangements from Annie Heath shine. I mean, she understood the assignment because they made everything pop and added a bit of color to the otherwise rustic Brazilian Room in Tilden Park.
Overall, I’m just so incredibly happy that after a challenging year(s), our family and friends were all able to gather in one place to celebrate <3
