Hi Everyone!

Happy Wednesday! Hope you're having a great Wednesday and if you're like me, a start to your week. I spent the long, Fourth of July weekend up in Tahoe – an annual tradition with me and my best friends. I'm a big fan of rituals and traditions, so this holiday continues to be one of my favorites.

We headed down after work Friday with relatively no traffic (YAS!) and spent the entire four days SUPing, hiking, boating, and uh...drinking (naturally). It was the perfect way to spend the fourth – in a beautiful spot in Tahoe surrounded with some amazing people.

My girl Shikha shared some of her favorites about this weekend, but I wanted to share a few more highlights:

North Lake: There are a ton of spots to stay in Tahoe and we've stayed in all of them. South Lake is a little crazy (especially for the fourth) so this year we stayed in North Lake. Much more family, much more calm, and much more relaxed. Ahhhhh.

Boating, SUPing & Tubing: HOLY HELL – I forgot how fun being in, on and around the water is. Definitely suggest trying out one or all of these activities. There are hundreds of rental places but we went with Full Throttle Tahoe for our boating and tubing adventures. Ask for Heath, he's the bees knees!

Making meals: My love for food and eating is no joke. The ultimate way (in my mind) to spend the Fourth is by making food for friends. My group picked days for breakfast and dinner, but Ittai and I channeled our inner BBQ god and goddess and put fresh veggies and steak on the grill!

Spending quality R&R time: It's not often where I can spend time in nature with friends without any distractions – you know how it is. Work, social media and life gets in the way. Luckily, this weekend was all about rest and having fun. I spent it with the perfect people and am feeling so incredibly grateful!

Hope y'all had an amazing weekend, too!

Cheers!
