Sometimes You Just Need A Little Boost

L to R: September Issue of Elle Magazine, Warby Parker Glasses, Tresemme Dry Shamoo, Rimmel Lasting Finish Nail Polish, Seventh Generation Boost Serum. Hi Everyone!

Happy Tuesday, ya'll! . I hope you're having a killer day! Often times, I get so wrapped up by the craziness of the workday, all I want to do when I get home is eat dinner (a hot pocket counts, right?) and go to sleep! More often than not, I've woken up passed out on the couch with the clock ticking 1 a.m. When this happens (more frequent than i'd like to admit), I usually drag myself to my bedroom and pass out. That means no tooth cleaning (woof!) and no washing of the face (double woof!).

I've heard countless times that taking off your makeup and paying attention to your skin is VITAL. After hearing this time and time again, i'm almost religious in my skin and makeup routine, focusing on products that won't clog my pores, stay weightless on my face and look effortless and natural.

When I go to my makeup mecca (Holla Walgreen's!), I love trying out new products and types of makeup, skincare. Along with my love of dry shampoo (TRESemme's dry shampoo is a favorite!), I always look for unique products that are quality made AND in my case, inexpensive.

A favorite of mine for on-the-go situations is Revlon's ColorStay Just Bitten Lipstain. A quick touch to your pout completely brightens your lips and lasts for hours! Along with lipstain, i'm always in to keeping my as skin blemish free as possible. (Let's be real, it happens to the best of us).

Cue Seventh Generation's Revitalizing Boost Skin Serum. It's light, won't clog your pores and ladies...it's $14.99! I have super sensitive skin and it left no red marks and didn't irritate my skin one bit. A three cheers for great success in my book.

Swipe some nail polish on from Rimmel, wear my favorite Warby's (Fillmores!) and we're good to go.

Now, it's on to fixing my nail biting habit...

Until tomorrow!

Aimee
