You guys, it's no secret that being a girl requires a lot of maintenance. Now, I don't hate it. In fact, it makes me feel like a badass. I don't know about y'all, but after a few months – my roots start to show and I immediately grab any hat I can find to hide the dreaded "grow out."
Needing to act fast, I called up my friends at the killer Woodbridge Salon for a much needed hair refresh. First off, Ashley is the owner of The Woodbridge and may be my soul sista. She instantly made me feel like a queen and like I was going to be taken care of.
I recently had a hard day at work and when I came in, she knew I needed a little pickup. Seriously, it's crazy how one little thing can make you feel like a total KO. I opted to refresh my roots, adding back a little bit of warmth they lost from that SF sun (where are you now!) and hair washings.
I love the result and can't wait to go back to The Woodbridge for my next hair refresh. Maybe next time I'll opt for something a bit more dramatic? Even better, the salon looks like something out of Restoration Hardware. So, needless to say, it's very Instagram worthy. :)
