Color Me Happy

Over the last several years I've gone through quite the hair transformation. From bleach blonde in college (here) to ombre to redhead to most recently a full blown brunette, it's been nothing but a wild ride.

And as quickly as I became a brunette, I'm looking to change my hair – once again – to something a little warmer. Today I'm sharing my hair stages with a cry for some help on my next hair phase!

OMBRE

For awhile, ombre was one of the biggest trends. And, having a natural hair color that borders blonde and brown, well, I thought going for a two toned look was the best of both worlds. And it was, for several years. I kind of love the natural transition from dark to light and look at that length!

BRUNETTE

BLONDE/BROWN/HUH? 

And of course, a combination of brown and blonde but with heavier blonde accents. I love the color, but always questioned if the color looked too piece-y or okay with my skintone. Thoughts??

RED-ISH?

After a freak salon visit, I ended up with neon red hair at the top and inconsistent color at the ends. I'm sure everyone has this story, but man, it really hits home when it happens to you and you spend $300 on it. Alas, I did really dig the reddish color and would love to revisit some of it. What do y'all think?
